Material Types Of Inflatable Products

The materials of inflatable products can be divided into two major categories: PVC and Oxford cloth.

PVC (Plato brand):

Acid and alkali resistance: PVC, especially the famous Plato brand, has excellent acid and alkali resistance, ensuring durability even in harsh environments.
Tear Resistance: The material is highly tear resistant, providing long service life and reliability in a variety of applications.
Sturdiness: PVC is known for its inherent strength, which contributes to the overall durability and structural integrity of the inflatable product.
Flame retardant properties: PVC’s flame retardant properties increase safety, making it suitable for applications where fire resistance is critical.

Oxford cloth:

Lightweight: Although visually similar to PVC, Oxford fabric stands out for its significantly lighter weight. This feature makes inflatable products easier to handle and transport.

The warp and weft lacing texture on the surface of the Oxford cloth makes the tensile strength of the Oxford cloth stronger

Cost-Effectiveness: Oxford cloth has clear advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness, making it an economical choice without compromising on quality.

PVC based products:

Warranty: Products made of PVC have a warranty of 3 to 5 years. This extended warranty is a testament to the robustness and durability of PVC inflatable products.

Oxford cloth varieties:

Warranty period: In comparison, products made of Oxford cloth have a warranty period of 2 to 3 years. While slightly shorter than PVC, this warranty reflects the reliability and longevity of Oxford cloth inflatables.

Inflatable products can be made of Oxford cloth or PVC. A blower is required for continued inflation.

For example: inflatable trampolines, inflatable slides, inflatable obstacles, etc.

Airtight products can only be made from PVC. Just inflate the product and unplug it.

For example: inflatable water sports games, water parks, inflatable pools, etc.
